Wardens in Region 2 are checking out a Tip Mont report about several elk down in an area known for grizzlies. When they get there, one elk and the suspect aren't around. Meanwhile, wardens in Region 7 are dealing with gunfire during a decoy sting operation.
In the shade of the wild mountains, the Yellowstone River transforms into a colorful spectacle during the yearly boat float weekend. Armed with jet boats, the Wardens gear up for a wild time, looking out for the river and helping out the wacky rafters.
This week, our Wardens are out in Montana keeping an eye on the rivers as folks go paddlefishing, and we're also trying to get rid of a troublesome bear from someone's property.
